When  someone threatens to impose sanctions  that touch on some personal liberties of Kenyans you can be  sure all the crazies/geniuses will come out of the wood work to fight back by any means necessary. The preferred weapon of the middle class has been hash tags.Mututho wants to ban #Masaku7s over events that took place last weekend during the tournament. This started a tiff with the online army a.k.a #KOT.The result being the coining  of #thingsmututhowillban.

Of interest is the speed with which  brands rush to sign off their tweets with trending hash tags to increase their message/posts visibility. Some of them are spot on while most tend to be completely misplaced.Social media  managers need to consider   the appropriateness of a hash tag and most importantly  the reputation of their brands.

I expected the likes of Pizza Inn and other local joints to bite into this but they let me down more than  Brazil's performance did.

That aside I found these 10 Mututho ones pretty amusing.
